What is Naxlex?
Naxlex Study Hub (naxlex.app) is an online nursing study platform for NCLEX-RN, NCLEX-PN, nursing school and TEAS/HESI students, with practice questions, rationales, exam simulations, video lessons and study guides.
Is Naxlex free?
Yes, you can create a free account and take practice quizzes, read lessons and track your scores. Pro unlocks the full library and complete NCLEX Exam Simulation.
How much does Naxlex Pro cost?
Current plans: 7-Day Review Pass $19, Monthly $49, 90-Day Access $128.
What is the NCLEX Predictor?
A full-length exam simulation of 85–150 questions across every client-needs area. It ends with a results report showing your missed questions and weak areas.
What are NCLEX CAT and NCLEX RAT?
NCLEX CAT is adaptive practice where difficulty follows your answers. NCLEX RAT is a 60-question, 90-minute readiness test with a full results breakdown.
Will I see the same question twice?
No. New practice always gives you questions you have not answered before. Saved sets stay in My Question Sets so you can review them any time.
Does Naxlex include Next Gen NCLEX questions?
Yes. Case studies include nurse notes, vital signs, history and physical, labs and prescriptions, with item types such as bowtie, matrix and highlight.
Can I use Naxlex on my phone?
Yes. Naxlex runs in any phone, tablet or computer browser. You can add it to your home screen like an app.
Is Naxlex the same as naxlex.com?
No. naxlex.app is an independent website. Accounts from naxlex.com do not carry over.
What if the topic I need isn't there?
Search from your dashboard. If there is no match, tap Request and write the exact name of the material in full. We let you know when it is ready.
How do I cancel?
Go to Account → Billing at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
