Cancelling Pro
- You can cancel a renewing plan at any time from Account → Billing. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- The 7-day pass never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Payment problems or refund requests
If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or did not receive a material you paid for, send us a message through the contact page with the topic "Billing & subscription" and the email you used to pay. We review every request one by one. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
Requested materials
For custom study materials, you only pay after the file has been made and is ready to deliver.
